This project features custom punched and fabricated perforated metal panels designed specifically for a building application. The panels were manufactured to precise hole patterns and dimensions, then fabricated for a seamless fit and finished with a Tomato Red powder coat. Custom perforated metal adds architectural detail while providing ventilation, partial visibility, and protection, resulting in a durable, visually striking building element.

This project featured a fully non-conductive design using fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP). The scope included custom molded fiberglass grating for fencing, elevated platforms built with FRP structural shapes, non-conductive grating walkways, and FRP stair treads. All components were selected for long-term durability, corrosion resistance, and safety in demanding environments.

Custom strainer basket project

We assisted in designing this industrial-sized basket with 4 large sections that fit together onsite, making transport and handling more manageable without compromising strength or performance.

Inside each section are 3 removable filtration layers. These allow for easier installation and future maintenance. If one layer gets damaged, it can be replaced without having to rebuild the entire unit.

Grating Project; Galvanized to Perfection: Built in 10’ sections, these grating panels were fabricated out of serrated bar grating, tagged, and then galvanized. The sections were bolted together so they would come apart for easier transportation and installation. This high traffic staircase in Idaho had rust and corrosion. The ice and snow conditions also made the stairs a hazard for slipping. We custom fabricated side panels and corrugated stairs that not only look good but are safe and will last for years to come.
