The unique pattern of Perf-O Grip® Grating
from Marco Specialty Steel is formed by a cold forming process which
produces the raised, perforated buttons and debossed holes. The result
is a safety grating which offers:
- High slip resistance in all directions because the circular "gripping" edges of the buttons take hold whichever way you move.
- Non-directional pattern permits cut-off or mitering without mandatory edge banding
- Open area of at least 37%, permits free flow of air, heat, and light. Often eliminates the need for sprinklers under catwalks and platforms.
- Maintenance-free life because there are no corners to catch mud and grease. The big, round-edged holes are self-cleaning, and the galvanized finish resist corrosion.
- Long effective life because, with wear, Open-Grip retains a higher percentage of its original anti-slip characteristics for a longer time than any other grating.
Stock Material Grades and Gauges:

- Pre-Galvanized Steel (G90) : 11 Gauge or 13 Gauge
- Aluminum Alloy 5052H32 : 0.125” Thick
- Stainless Steel Type 304 or Type 316 : 16 Gauge
