PVC Coated Wire Mesh
Marco's uniquely engineered PVC coated wire mesh offers the best combination of protection and functionality for crawfish and crab mesh netting and aquaculture. Marco's welded wire mesh is ideal for trays and cages for shellfish including oysters, mussels, scallops, geoducks, sea urchins, and abalone, as well as salmon pens, and fish farms.
This strong but lightweight material can be easily custom formed into cages of many configurations to best suit the needs of every aquaculturalist. The high strength-to-weight ratio allows for large mesh openings. This provides high volume water flow which in turn produces high rates of growth.
Smooth, round PVC-coated surfaces reduces bio-fouling, and allows for easy cleaning. From a total cost and productivity point of view, our PVC Coated Mesh is the most cost effective mesh material for aquaculture farms.
